Four days of technology oriented meetings and social events marked the annual OpenSUSE conference. The OpenSUSE organization reported a participation of 225 attendees.

Those interested in the OpenSUSE Linux distribution were pleased to see a variety of people associated with various OpenSUSE projects, many from the Novell development office downtown Nürnberg. Carlos Montero-Luque, Ralf Flaxa, Gerald Pfeifer and Roland Haidl made appearances. The conference took place17-20 September, 2009 at the vocational training institute in Nürnberg, Germany.
